    Great point!! That is very true and you are 100% right. Lets bring the prices back down to reality in an area more suited for today’s common income. I bought my home back in 1982, 3 Bed, 2 1/2 baths, 2 car garage attached plus an outside shop 20 X 40 and I paid 145 thousand on one acer 1/4 land. Begining of 2006 I got is appraised out of curiosity because how high real estate had gone up and it was appraised at 310 thousand… WHAT! your kidding I said…

    Very well said, the problem is when you throw the corruption and these sub- primes into the equation it throws basic theory into a tailspin as we have been witnessing in the past year or so. Never the less great video.
