Great question. Vizio TVs are all the rage right now. They sell a lot of TVs, they are inexpensive, and readily available.

Usually this is not true 600Hz, it’s 600Hz sub-field drive. Meaning it’s actually 60Hz, but they use sub-fields to flash the image 9 or 10 times more, making the image appear crisper. That’s just how plasmas work. Even now it’s hard to find TVs with true 240Hz, and they are hella expensive. At least that’s what I’ve heard anyways…
