cl_updaterate 101
ex_interp 0.01

Those rates are referred as “LAN rates”

Rates I use since I have comcast could be those rates but instead I use

Rate 20000
cl_cmdrate 100
cl_updaterate 100
ex_interp 0.01

*Remember rates dont help you shoot better or give you more skill…and it sure isnt hacking because some noobs think that :) .
